Three blocks, seven storeys each, and a five storey link tying two of them together.

Every block is a precast crosswall structure on hollowcore floors with precast stairs, over an in situ concrete basement. Block C was built first and the others followed the same approach, which is the argument for crosswall on a scheme of repeated blocks: the detail is resolved once.

In situ walls and columns strengthen the frame where the layout breaks the pattern, and the link between blocks A and B mixes precast and in situ for stability. Hollowcore with a structural screed carries the horizontal load into the shear walls.
