Sixty seven apartments on 0.194 hectares, which settles the frame before anything else does.

One, two and three bedroom units over seven floors, the top two recessed, with a retail unit at ground level and shared workspaces, a media room, communal space outside and parking below. A site that tight has nowhere to store a delivery, so the structure was designed to arrive in the order it goes up.

Killester DART station is six hundred metres away and the site sits inside a village street with bus routes on it. Everything that could be resolved in the model was resolved there, because the alternative was resolving it on a footpath.
