Navan is growing faster than most towns in Ireland, and it is building the housing to match.

The Dunville Road development adds to that inside the existing town rather than at the edge of it, within reach of the shopping centre, the schools, the healthcare and the sports clubs already there.

Precast was the route to a programme that suited a site inside a working town: the elements arrive finished, and the wet trades and the drying time come off the critical path.
