Housing at the scale Dublin needs it, built the way that scale is actually delivered.

Precast shortens the construction programme and takes the variability out of the structure: the panels are cast in a factory to a fixed tolerance rather than formed on a wet site. What that buys a resident is a quieter, drier, better separated apartment.

It is also the cleaner build. Less waste, fewer deliveries, less time on site, on a scheme that is part of the city's housing growth rather than an exception to it.
