Four houses, and a protected structure a few metres from the site boundary.

The site lies within the curtilage of Friars House, so the layout, the entrance alterations and the levels were all worked against what the setting will carry. The houses are two storey with attic accommodation, designed to sit with the architectural character already on the street.

The engineering is the rest of it: swept path and sightline analysis at the entrance, storm water and wastewater design, internal roads, parking, public lighting and the utility connections.
